Privacy Policy — IPTV Shqip

IPTV Shqip ("the app") is a media player. It does not sell content; you play your own playlists (M3U / Xtream) and publicly available streams. This policy explains what data the app uses.
Data the app processes
- App identifier: on first launch the app creates a random identifier (shown as "MAC" in Info). It is not your device's hardware MAC and is not linked to your name. It is sent to our server to load the app configuration, your saved playlists and notification settings.
- Device model, iOS version, app version and language — to show the right configuration and translations.
- Push token (if you allow notifications) — to send service notifications. You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings at any time.
- Playlists you add (URLs, Xtream server, username, password) are stored on your device. Lists you add through the web portal are stored on our server so they can be loaded on your device.
We do not collect your name, contacts, photos, precise location or payment data. Photos/videos you open in "My Videos" are read on the device only and are never uploaded.
Advertising
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect the advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt), IP address (approximate location), device information and ad interactions to show and measure ads. In the EEA/UK a consent form is shown first. See How Google uses information from apps. You can change tracking at Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Third-party services
- Google AdMob (ads) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications).
- Streams and playlists come from the servers you choose; their providers have their own policies.
Retention and deletion
Device data is kept while the app is used. Deleting the app removes local data. To delete the data linked to your app identifier from our server, email us with the identifier shown in Info.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

IPTV Shqip ("aplikacioni") është një player mediash. Nuk shet përmbajtje; ti luan listat e tua (M3U / Xtream) dhe transmetime publike. Kjo politikë shpjegon cilat të dhëna përdor aplikacioni.
Të dhënat që përpunon aplikacioni
- Identifikuesi i aplikacionit: në hapjen e parë krijohet një identifikues i rastësishëm (shfaqet si "MAC" te Info). Nuk është MAC-u i vërtetë i pajisjes dhe nuk lidhet me emrin tënd. Dërgohet te serveri ynë për konfigurimin, listat e ruajtura dhe njoftimet.
- Modeli i pajisjes, versioni i iOS-it, versioni i aplikacionit dhe gjuha — për konfigurimin dhe përkthimet.
- Tokeni i njoftimeve (nëse i lejon njoftimet) — për njoftime shërbimi. Mund t'i fikësh kurdo te Cilësimet e iOS.
- Listat që shton (linqe, serveri Xtream, përdoruesi, fjalëkalimi) ruhen në pajisje. Listat që shton nga portali ruhen në serverin tonë që të ngarkohen në pajisjen tënde.
Nuk mbledhim emrin, kontaktet, fotot, vendndodhjen e saktë apo të dhëna pagese. Fotot/videot që hap te "Videot e Mia" lexohen vetëm në pajisje dhe nuk ngarkohen kurrë.
Reklamat
Aplikacioni shfaq reklama nga Google AdMob. Google mund të mbledhë identifikuesin e reklamave (vetëm nëse e lejon gjurmimin te dritarja e iOS), adresën IP (vendndodhje e përafërt), të dhëna të pajisjes dhe ndërveprimet me reklamat. Në BE/MB shfaqet më parë formulari i pëlqimit. Shiko si i përdor Google të dhënat. Gjurmimin e ndryshon te Cilësimet → Privatësia dhe Siguria → Gjurmimi.
Shërbimet e palëve të treta
- Google AdMob (reklamat) dhe Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (njoftimet).
- Transmetimet dhe listat vijnë nga serverat që zgjedh ti; ofruesit e tyre kanë politikat e veta.
Ruajtja dhe fshirja
Të dhënat ruhen sa përdoret aplikacioni. Fshirja e aplikacionit heq të dhënat lokale. Për t'i fshirë nga serveri të dhënat e lidhura me identifikuesin tënd, na shkruaj me identifikuesin që shfaqet te Info.
Fëmijët
Aplikacioni nuk u drejtohet fëmijëve nën 13 vjeç dhe nuk mbledh me dije të dhënat e tyre.
